Lizzy’s Plan To Starve Me

I was given notice that I am on a diet for at least the next two weeks. Lizzy talked to her trainer about it and here is what I will be eating for the next 14 days. I am only allowed to drink water.

Breakfast

9 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon

Morning Snack

Pick one of the following:
String Cheese
Almonds
Pork Rinds
Lunchmeat
Beef Jerky
Protein Shake

Lunch

4-6 oz Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast
Leafy Greens

Afternoon Snack

Pick one of the following:
String Cheese
Almonds
Pork Rinds
Lunchmeat
Beef Jerky
Protein Shake

Supper

4-6 oz Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast
Leafy Greens
1/2 Cup Brown Rice

I also have to exercise everyday. I guess now would be a good time to start my P90X.
